Kelsey Louis is an artist originally from southeast Iowa. She started out tattooing in Keokuk, Iowa under Brent Starr in 2016 and moved to Iowa city in 2019. She enjoys tattooing black and gray, American traditional and anything pop culture or spooky! In her free time she loves going to festivals with friends, painting skateboards and hanging out with her three cats and husband.
